Kaum zu glauben, wie schnell die Woche in Seoul dann doch vorbei gegangen ist. Daher habe ich die Gelegenheit genutzt, um am letzten Tag noch einmal so viel wie möglich von der herrlichen Stadt zu sehen. Dafür bin ich weite Strecken mit der U-Bahn bis in die K-Star-Road nach Gangnam gefahren, habe die Starfield Library besucht und den Nachmittag am Han-Fluss ausklingen lassen. Dort sind mir in der Sonne sitzend doch tatsächlich die Tränen gekommen beim Gedanken, die Stadt wieder verlassen zu müssen. Gerne hätte ich noch viel mehr gesehen und erlebt. Dazu habe ich mir das Versprechen gegeben, möglichst bald wieder zu kommen und dann etwas mehr Zeit mitzubringen.
Zum Abschluss habe ich in meiner Straße noch einmal das nette kleine Restaurant besucht, um mich mit Janchi guksu (잔치국수) oder Bankettnudeln zu stärken und mich von der Küchencrew zu verabschieden. Das Rezept für die Suppe findet Ihr wieder am Ende des Beitrags :-)
It´s unbelievable how fast the time in Seoul went bye. So I took advantage of the oppertunity to discover as much as possible on my last day in beautiful Seoul. I took a long ride in the subway to visit K-Star-Road in Gangam and the Starfield library. The afternoon ended sittign at the bank of Han river with tears in my eyes by the thought of leaving the citiy next day again. I´d rather like to stay a little bit longer to disccover and enjoy the citiy and the people more. I promised to myself to try to retunr soon and take more time the next time.
The day was finished in the small restaurant in ma street with a bowl of Janchi guksu (잔치국수) or banquett noddles and to say goodbye to the staff. You´ll find the recipe for the soup at the end of the article :-)
