12.05.2024: In alle Ländern, in denen ich bislang im Urlaub war, musste ich unbedingt auch den ein oder anderen Supermarkt besuchen, um zu sehen, wie das Produktangebot dort ist und welche Besonderheiten es gibt. Natürlich war ich auch in Seoul mehrfach in verschiedenen Convenience Stores aber auch in einem großen E-Mart. Wie immer war ich fasziniert von all den Angeboten und erstaunt über den hohen Preis von Früchten und Gemüsen sowie den Packungsgrößen für Reis....
Schwierig bleibt für mich die Tatsache, dass ich natürlich zahlreiche Ideen zum Kochen gehabt hätte, aber keine Küche im Hostel. Das heißt für mich, dass ich beim nächsten Mal ein kleines Appartement mit einer Kochgelegenheit suchen werde, um hier mit all den tollen Produkten aus dem Supermarkt oder Markt kochen zu können.
12.05.2024: In all foreign countires I travelled so far I had to visit local supermarkets and markets to explore which products and specialties are offered. Of coures I visited some convenience stores but also a big e-mart-supermarket during my last stay here in Seoul. As always I spent some time there fascinated by the variety of products and astonished by the high prices for fruits and vegetables or the big packages of rice....
In these situaion its difficult in Seoul to see all the things and having a lot of ideas for dishes and the wish to try to cook with them but having no opportunity because of a lack of kitchen in hostel. Therefore I decided to look for a small appartment when I return to Seoul next time to be able to prepare meals with all the wonderful products from market or supermarket.
