Da ich mich mittlerweile in der U-Bahn von Seoul ohne Probleme zurechtfinde, bin ich heute weit in die Außenbezirke der Stadt gefahren, um den Lotte Tower zu besuchen. Er ist 555 m hoch und war bei dem heutigen Wetter tatsächlich ein "Wolkenkratzer". Wegen des Wetters habe ich mir die Fahrt auf die Aussichtsplattform gespart, denn ich wäre in der Tat für einige Won in den Wolken gestanden. Das kommt beim nächsten Besuch dann dran :-)
Ansonsten ist im Tower ein Luxuskaufhaus untergebracht, das keine Shoppingwünsche offen lässt, wenn man den Geldbeutel für Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Jimmy Choo, Hermes und all die anderen Edelmarken hat.
Ich habe mich dann doch lieber in den nicht weit entfernten Olympia-Park zurückgezogen, um bei dem schwülen Wetter etwas durchatmen zu können. Jedoch sind allein die U-Bahnfahrten immer ein Erlebnis :-)
Auf dem Heimweg bin ich in meinem Viertel wieder in ein kleines Restaurant gegangen, um dort zum ersten Mal Jajangmyeon-Nudeln mit einr sehr leckeren Soße aus einer koreanischen schwarzen Bohnenpaste zu essen. Das Rezept findet ihr zum Nachkochen wieder ganz am Ende des Textes.
As orientation in Seouls sub is running without any problems I decides to leave the inner circle of the citiy and went to Lotte World Tower today. The building is with it´s height of 555 m a real skyscraper. Because weather was rather cloudy and humid and foggy today I didn´t visit the platform on top because I would have been amonst clouds and paying a good amount of Won for it. But we´ll see if eather is more friendly on my next visit to Seoul :-)
Otherwise the tower is a luxury shopping mall leaving nothing to be desired if you can afford the brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Roles, Jimmy Choo, Hermes and all the other big names of luxury.
I preferd visiting the Plympia Park, another green space among the town. A real pleasure in todays humid and warm weather to breathe free.
However alone all the rides in various tracks of sub are worth the experiences and a kind of adventure :-)
On my way back to hostel I had Janjangmyeon-noodles with a thick and rich flavoured sauce of a korean black bean paste. They were delicious and you`ll find the recioe at the end of the text :-)
